ทบ. เริ่มมาตรการจำกัดการผ่านแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ย้ำยกระดับขั้นตอนตามพื้นที่ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของประชาชนแนวชายแดนเป็นสำคัญ

RTA Implements Border Crossing Control Measures Along Thai-Cambodia Border, Emphasizing Escalated Area-Based Procedures to Prioritize Safety of Border Community
ตามที่กองทัพบก ได้กำหนดมาตรการควบคุมการเปิด-ปิด จุดผ่านแดนทุกประเภทตลอดแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ตามมติสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ เพื่อรักษาอธิปไตยของชาติ และดูแลความปลอดภัยของประชาชนนั้น พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก ได้เปิดเผยว่าปัจจุบันกองกำลังป้องกันชายแดนกองทัพบก เริ่มมีการใช้มาตรการดังกล่าวแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 มิ.ย.68 เวลา 19.00 น. ที่ผ่านมา ดังนี้

พื้นที่รับผิดชอบกองกำลังบูรพา
1. จุดผ่านแดนถาวรบ้านคลองลึก (อ.อรัญประเทศ จ.สระแก้ว) 
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็น 08.00 – 16.00 น. โดยอนุญาตเฉพาะการค้าขาย หรือการเดินทางเพื่อทำงาน ห้ามชาวไทยเดินทางออกนอกประเทศเพื่อเล่นการพนันหรือท่องเที่ยว และเอกสาร Border Pass / Passport ใช้ได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน รวมทั้งห้ามรถบรรทุกตั้งแต่ 6 ล้อขึ้นไปผ่าน 
2. จุดผ่านแดนถาวรสะพานมิตรภาพไทย–กัมพูชา (หนองเอี่ยน–สตึงบท)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็น 08.00 – 16.00 น. โดยกำหนดให้ใช้เป็นจุดผ่านแดนหลักสำหรับรถบรรทุกตั้งแต่ 6 ล้อขึ้นไป
3. จุดผ่านแดนถาวรบ้านเขาดิน (อ.คลองหาด จ.สระแก้ว)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็น 08.00 – 16.00 น. โดยอนุญาตเฉพาะการค้าขายหรือการทำงาน ห้ามนักพนันและนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางผ่าน และเอกสาร Border Pass / Passport ใช้ได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน รวมทั้งห้ามรถบรรทุกตั้งแต่ 6 ล้อขึ้นไปผ่าน 
4. จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าบ้านตาพระยา (อ.ตาพระยา จ.สระแก้ว)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็น 08.00 – 12.00 น. โดยทหารจะใช้ดุลยพินิจในการคัดกรองบุคคลเข้า–ออกเป็นรายกรณี และห้ามรถบรรทุก 6 ล้อขึ้นไปผ่าน
5. จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าบ้านหนองปรือ (อ.อรัญประเทศ จ.สระแก้ว)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็น 08.00 – 12.00 น. โดยทหารจะใช้ดุลยพินิจในการคัดกรองบุคคลเข้า–ออกเป็นรายกรณี และห้ามรถบรรทุก 6 ล้อขึ้นไปผ่าน

พื้นที่รับผิดชอบกองกำลังสุรนารี
1. จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าช่องอานม้า (ต.โซง อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็นเฉพาะวันพฤหัสบดี 09.00 – 12.00 น. โดยให้บุคคลผ่านเข้า–ออกไม่เกินเขตตลาดของทั้งสองประเทศ ผ่านการแลกบัตร ซึ่งอนุญาตเฉพาะการนำสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคที่จำเป็น และไม่อนุญาตให้ยานพาหนะผ่าน ส่วนการช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมต้องเป็นไปตามระเบียบและหลักสากล ทั้งนี้ พร้อมปิดจุดผ่านแดนเมื่อฝ่ายกัมพูชาเพิ่มกำลังจนกระทบต่อความปลอดภัย
2. จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าช่องสายตะกู (ต.จันทบเพชร อ.บ้านกรวด จ.บุรีรัมย์)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็นวันอังคาร, พุธ และพฤหัสบดี 09.00 – 12.00 น. โดยให้บุคคลผ่านเข้า–ออกไม่เกินเขตตลาดของทั้งสองประเทศ ผ่านการแลกบัตร ซึ่งอนุญาตเฉพาะการนำสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคที่จำเป็น และไม่อนุญาตให้ยานพาหนะผ่าน ส่วนการช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมต้องเป็นไปตามระเบียบและหลักสากล ทั้งนี้ พร้อมปิดจุดผ่านแดนเมื่อฝ่ายกัมพูชาเพิ่มกำลังหรือมีเหตุปะทะบริเวณชายแดน จนกระทบต่อความปลอดภัย
3. จุดผ่านแดนถาวรช่องสะงำ (ต.ไพรพัฒนา อ.ภูสิงห์ จ.ศรีสะเกษ)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็นวันจันทร์, พุธ และศุกร์ 08.00 – 15.00 น. โดยใช้ Passport / Border Pass ซึ่งยานพาหนะสามารถผ่านได้ตามระเบียบ จำกัดการส่งออกสินค้ายุทธภัณฑ์ตามกฎหมาย และงดส่งออกวัสดุก่อสร้าง เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์ ส่วนการช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมต้องเป็นไปตามระเบียบและหลักสากล ทั้งนี้ พร้อมปิดจุดผ่านแดนเมื่อมีเหตุปะทะบริเวณชายแดน
4. จุดผ่านแดนถาวรช่องจอม (ต.ด่าน อ.กาบเชิง จ.สุรินทร์)
    กำหนดเวลาเปิด–ปิดใหม่ เป็นวันจันทร์, พุธ และศุกร์ 08.00 – 15.00 น. โดยใช้ Passport / Border Pass ซึ่งยานพาหนะสามารถผ่านได้ตามระเบียบ จำกัดการส่งออกสินค้ายุทธภัณฑ์ตามกฎหมาย และงดส่งออกวัสดุก่อสร้าง เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์ ส่วนการช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมต้องเป็นไปตามระเบียบและหลักสากล ทั้งนี้ จะดำเนินการงดจำหน่ายกระแสไฟฟ้า เมื่อฝ่ายกัมพูชาเพิ่มกำลังทหารในลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัย และพร้อมปิดจุดผ่านแดนเมื่อมีเหตุปะทะบริเวณชายแดน

นอกจากนี้ ในส่วนพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของกองบัญชาการป้องกันชายแดนจันทบุรีและตราด ของกองทัพเรือ มีการกำหนดให้จุดผ่านแดนถาวร และ จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าทุกแห่ง ตามแนวชายแดน จ.จันทบุรี และ จ.ตราด เปิด–ปิดเวลา 08.00 – 16.00 น. โดยยึดหลักพิจารณาจากความจำเป็นในการค้าขาย การดำรงชีวิต และการให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ

สำหรับการใช้มาตรการตามแนวชายแดนดังกล่าวนั้น ปัจจุบันยังอยู่ในขั้นที่ 1 และ ขั้น 2 ยังไม่ได้มีการปิดจุดผ่านแดนใดๆ เว้นช่องทางธรรมชาติที่ได้ปิดไปแล้ว เป็นไปตามสภาพแวดล้อม ความรุนแรงและภัยคุกคามในแต่ละพื้นที่ ที่ปัจจุบันพบว่าทางฝ่ายกัมพูชายังคงมีการเพิ่มกำลังทหารในบริเวณแนวชายแดน ซึ่งมีความเสี่ยงที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยและความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนทั้งไทยและกัมพูชาในพื้นที่ชายแดน 

ทั้งนี้ ประชาชนสามารถติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารและรายละเอียดการดำเนินการต่างๆ ได้จากทางเว็บไซต์กองทัพบก www.rta.mi.th หรือผ่านทาง Facebook : “กองทัพบก Royal Thai Army”, “ทีมโฆษกกองทัพบก” และ “กองทัพภาคที่ 2” เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลบิดเบือน หรือส่งผลต่อความเข้าใจที่คลาดเคลื่อน พร้อมกันนี้ ขอให้เชื่อมั่นในทุกขั้นตอนและทุกการดำเนินการของกองทัพบก ภายใต้นโยบายของรัฐบาลและกระทรวงกลาโหม ที่ตระหนักและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดนเป็นสำคัญ

Following the Royal Thai Army's establishment of control measures for opening and closing all types of border crossing points along the Thai-Cambodia border, in accordance with the National Security Council resolution to maintain national sovereignty and ensure public safety, Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army Spokesperson, revealed that the RTA Border Defense Forces have begun implementing these measures since 7 June 2025, at 1900 hours, as follows:
Areas under Burapha Task Force Responsibility
1. Ban Khlong Luek Permanent Border Crossing Point (Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province)
    New operating hours: 0800–1600 hours. Only trade or work-related travel is permitted. Thai nationals are prohibited from traveling abroad for gambling or tourism purposes. Border Pass/Passport validity is limited to no more than 7 days. Trucks with six wheels or above are prohibited from crossing.
2. Thai-Cambodia Friendship Bridge Permanent Border Crossing Point (Nong Ian – Stueng Bot)
    New operating hours: 0800–1600 hours. Designated as the main border crossing point for trucks of 
6 wheels and above.
3. Ban Khao Din Permanent Border Crossing Point (Khlong Hat District, Sa Kaeo Province)
    New operating hours: 0800–1600 hours. Only trade or work-related activities are permitted. Gamblers and tourists are prohibited from crossing. Border Pass/Passport validity is limited to no more than 7 days. Trucks with six wheels or above are prohibited from crossing.
4. Ban Ta Phraya Trade Facilitation Point (Ta Phraya District, Sa Kaeo Province)
    New operating hours: 0800–1200 hours. Military personnel will exercise discretion in screening individuals entering and exiting on a case-by-case basis. Trucks with 6 wheels and above are prohibited from crossing.
5. Ban Nong Prue Trade Facilitation Point (Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province)
    New operating hours: 0800–1200 hours. Military personnel will exercise discretion in screening individuals entering and exiting on a case-by-case basis. Trucks with six wheels or above are prohibited from crossing.

Areas under Suranaree Task Force Responsibility
1. Chong Anma Trade Facilitation Point (Song Sub-district, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province)
    New operating hours: Thursdays only, 0900–1200 hours. Individuals may cross in and out within the market areas of both countries through a card exchange system. Only essential consumer goods are permitted. Vehicles are not permitted to cross. Humanitarian assistance must comply with regulations and international principles. The Suranaree Task Force stands ready to close the border crossing when Cambodia reinforce its military presence that affects the safety of the people. 
2. Chong Sai Taku Trade Facilitation Point (Chanthabphet Sub-district, Ban Kruat District, Buriram Province)
    New operating hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 0900–1200 hours. Individuals may cross in and out of both countries' markets through the card exchange system. Only essential consumer goods are permitted. Vehicles are not permitted to cross. Humanitarian assistance must comply with regulations and international principles. The Suranaree Task Force stands ready to close the border crossing if Cambodia reinforces its military presence or if a clash occurs in the area that affects the safety of the people.
3. Chong Sa Ngam Permanent Border Crossing Point (Phrai Phattana Sub-district, Phu Sing District, Si Sa Ket Province)
    New operating hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 0800–1500 hours. A valid passport 
or border pass is mandatory for entry. Vehicles may cross in accordance with regulations. The law restricts the export of military equipment. Construction materials such as cement exports are suspended. Humanitarian assistance must comply with regulations and international principles. The Suranaree Task Force stands ready to close the border crossing if Cambodia reinforces its military presence or if a clash occurs in the area that affects the safety of the people.
4. Chong Chom Permanent Border Crossing Point (Dan Sub-district, Kab Choeng District, Surin Province)

New operating hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 0800–1500 hours. A valid passport or border pass is mandatory for entry. Vehicles may cross in accordance with regulations. Export of military equipment is restricted by law. Construction materials such as cement exports are suspended. Humanitarian assistance must comply with regulations and international principles. Electricity supply will be suspended when Cambodian forces increase military presence in a manner affecting safety. The Suranaree Task Force stands ready to close the border crossing if a clash occurs in the area that affects the safety of the people.

Royal Thai Navy Border Defense Command Areas 
Additionally, the areas managed by the Chanthaburi and Trat Border Defense Command of the Royal Thai Navy have set the hours for all permanent border crossing points and trade facilitation points along the Chanthaburi and Trat provincial borders to be open from 8 AM to 4 PM, considering the needs for trade, people's wellbeing, and international humanitarian help.
